From an official announcement: Official venue pages.
A Dubai rooftop needs more than altitude. The best ones edit the city: the Burj Khalifa framed like sculpture, the Palm reduced to geometry, the Gulf turning silver as daylight disappears. Reserve for sunset, dress as though the evening may continue elsewhere and ask for the table you actually want. Minimum spends, age limits and dress codes below are from the official pages on 22 October 2026.
High Society, The Lana, Business Bay
High Society may have Dubai's most composed rooftop view. From the top of The Lana, the Burj Khalifa rises across the water with enough distance to be seen properly: not merely as a building, but as the central figure in a deliberate composition. The terrace shifts from sunlit restraint to late-evening polish. Come for the architecture as much as the drinks: Foster + Partners' building, the water below and Downtown beyond it. This is where to take someone who believes Dubai is incapable of subtlety. The move: sunset cocktails followed by dinner downstairs. Know: a minimum spend of AED 250 a person applies daily, dress is smart elegant from 5pm and guests must be 21 after 5pm.
Luna Dubai, Four Seasons Hotel DIFC
Luna sits only eight floors above DIFC, yet its view feels remarkably cinematic. The Downtown towers appear close and vertical, gathered around the terrace instead of scattered along a distant horizon. It is a reminder that the quality of a rooftop is about framing, not simply height. The atmosphere is intimate by Dubai standards: polished cocktails, reflective surfaces and a clientele that often arrives after work and stays considerably later. Luna works best as the opening scene of an evening: one drink at dusk, another after the skyline illuminates, then dinner within walking distance. The move: a corner terrace table as blue hour begins. Know: Luna opens Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm; a minimum spend of AED 300 a person applies from 9pm, guests must be 21 and the dress code is smart casual.
CÉ LA VI, Address Sky View, Downtown Dubai
Discretion is not the point at CÉ LA VI. Fifty-four floors above Downtown, the terrace places you startlingly close to the Burj Khalifa, with the city arranged beneath it in a blaze of glass, roads and light. The red sculpture has appeared in countless photographs, and the view remains extraordinary. Arrive before sunset, take the photograph, put the phone away and stay as the terrace changes from spectacle to nightclub. The modern Asian menu makes it possible to turn the visit into dinner rather than a single scenic drink. The move: a sunset table with an unobstructed Burj Khalifa view. Know: open daily from noon until 3am; request the terrace specifically, as sightlines vary by table.
ATTIKO, W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, Dubai Marina
ATTIKO looks west, which makes sunset its natural hour. From the 31st floor of W Dubai – Mina Seyahi, the view travels across the Marina, the Palm and the Gulf, trading Downtown's vertical drama for a wider and more languid horizon. The room begins elegantly and gathers energy as night advances. Pan-Asian plates circulate, the music grows louder and the terrace moves from aperitivo to after-dark social scene without an obvious dividing line. Choose it when the view matters and you still want the evening to have a pulse. The move: arrive early enough to see the sea change colour. Know: the venue is 21 and over and asks for smart elegant dress; open from 5pm, with a Saturday brunch from 1pm.
CouCou Dubai, The Palm Tower, Palm Jumeirah
For a rooftop view available nowhere else, go to CouCou. From the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower, the Palm's fronds reveal themselves below with almost surreal precision, while the Marina and mainland form the horizon beyond. The experience is more celebratory than contemplative: Mediterranean dishes, cocktails, music and a terrace that becomes increasingly animated after dark. Come with people, order several plates for the table and accept that dinner may develop into dancing. It is Dubai as aerial theatre: geometric, improbable and unapologetic. The move: begin at sunset, but stay until the Palm is fully illuminated. Know: reserve outdoors and specify that the view is essential; the official page does not publish restaurant hours, so confirm when booking.
