Barrafina Dubai
The London tapas counter has arrived in DIFC: walk-in seats at the bar, reservations for tables, open until midnight every day.

Barrafina, the Spanish tapas bar that started on Frith Street in Soho, has opened its first restaurant outside London at Gate Village 01 in DIFC. The official site confirms it "has arrived in Dubai" and lists hours of 12pm to 12am, Monday to Sunday, with reservations by email at reservations@barrafina.ae.
The format is the one that made the London rooms: a marble counter where seats are walk-in only, and a kitchen cooking from a short list of tapas that changes with what is available. Tables can be reserved; if you want the counter, arrive early or go at an off-peak hour.
