Gerbou

Gerbou is a contemporary Emirati and Arabian restaurant in a restored 1987 building in Nad Al Sheba. Its kitchen combines regional ingredients and established local methods, including underground pit cooking, with contemporary techniques and presentation.

The venue was developed by Tashkeel and presents food, architecture and Emirati creative culture as one experience. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and the evening Fwala service are published separately, which makes it useful for occasion-based filters, although the final nightly closing time still needs direct confirmation.
